Traditionally solution focused, and all family members attend, although this may fluctuate depending on therapy goals, needs and issues.

It is designed to help you move through areas of difficulty while gaining insight, reinvigorating your strengths & abilities while learning new proficiencies to adapt to situations. Your provider will respects and accepts your values and character traits while providing perceptive compassionate and treatment to meet your goals.

The ups & downs in life are expected, yet at times there are experiences that can rock the foundation of even the strongest of relationships, and some are easier to navigate than others…. but it is how a couple works together that will allow them to move through and grow stronger. Through these experiences, communication and understanding, while remaining individuals, a couple can become even stronger.
Different than self-help or support groups, clients who share a similar situation are guided by the clinician who uses various techniques for defined situations. Group therapy allows you to talk & listen to others which facilitates exploring different perspectives, learning about yourself & others while working through the difficulty addressing accountability, furthering your potential. The therapist provides information, education, fostering insight via examination, allowing you to know you are not the only one going through a similar experience. Group allows a sounding board, support network, and bond.
