Group Therapy......Different than self-help or support groups, clients who share a similar situation are guided by the clinician who uses various techniques for defined situations. Group therapy allows you to talk & listen to others which facilitates exploring different perspectives, learning about yourself & others while working through the difficulty addressing accountability, furthering your potential. The therapist provides information, education, fostering insight via examination, allowing you to know you are not the only one going through a similar experience. Group allows a sounding board, support network, and bond.
If you desire a particular group, or even require assistance for a peer support group or a specialized group based upon your particular needs. We can also recommend self help and other support groups.
